Paying Your Bill

Important Dates

Your gas bills are always mailed from the Boonville post office on the last day of the month, so that you will receive them on the first day of the month they are due. If you do not receive a bill, contact our office for a duplicate bill. Failure to receive a bill does not release you from the obligation to pay the amount due.

Gas bills are due upon receipt and past due after the 17th of the month.

Any bills not paid by the 17th of the month will incur a penalty, established by the public service commission. You may also receive a service disconnection notice if you do not pay your bill in full by the 17th. These notices are mailed out around the 18th of the month and will give you 14 days from the date of the mailing to pay the bill in full or your gas service will be subject to disconnection.

Any questions you have about gas bills, penalties, or disconnection should be directed to our office during normal business hours.
