Budget Billing Plan
Residential customers may choose to participate in our Budget Billing Plan, which helps you manage your energy costs.
Any residential customer may enroll in the plan without any additional charge or additional deposit, other than the usual
security deposit. You may enroll at the Company office. Your monthly payment will generally be determined by using previous
billing history and current gas service rates to calculate your annual charges, then dividing into twelve equal payments.
Depending on the time of year you enroll in the plan, the monthly payment may be calculated based on the number of months
remaining in the plan year.
Just as with non-Budget Plan customers, the usual late payment charges will apply. But if you fail to make your monthly
payment on time, you may be immediately removed from the plan and required to pay all outstanding amounts owed
immediately in order to continue gas service.
